The Grand Designs Future Living Project

Grand Designs is about creating a home which fits the space it’s in.

Future Living is about becoming environmentally conscious, promoting green living and strengthening communities.

Launched in October 2012, the Grand Designs Future Living Project has become a reality by way of the tireless hard work of Mark Group and the Grand Designs TV show team. The aim of the project is to offer learning opportunities and solutions to homeowners and communities, so you can learn about and benefit from energy efficient improvement measures.

Initially only advice and information will be available, however implementation measures will also be offered, which are set to include new types of technology designed to improve upon existing energy saving measures.

Homeowners will also be offered the opportunity to either have solutions tailored specifically to meet their own requirements, or to work in conjunction with their community to develop a Future Living solution for their entire neighbourhood.

We all have a duty to conserve our planet’s resources. Lose less. Use less. Generate More. Home insulation measures available through the Grand Designs Future Living project will include:
