FDQ, Alchemy Partner to Provide SISTEM Training for Level 2 Food Safety Qualification
Austin, TX (PRWEB) June 26, 2012
A transatlantic partnership has just been agreed between US innovators Alchemy Systems and UK specialist food and drink awarding organisation, FDQ. The partnership sees the launch in the UK of an award-winning food safety training platform. This platform will enable food processing and manufacturing businesses to deliver and document high quality, accredited and endorsed training to their workforce efficiently and effectively.
This partnership centres around Alchemy’s innovative training platform SISTEM, and will give businesses operating in the UK food industry access to savings of both time and money. Starting today, it is possible to deliver quality, accredited and endorsed food safety training, which can include achievement of a national Level 2 Food Safety qualification.
Chief Executive of FDQ, Amanda Clark said: “We are delighted to endorse the food safety training available via SISTEM and are very keen to let the UK food industry know of the potential savings, which businesses can achieve by adopting this exciting and flexible platform. We encourage food manufacturing and processing companies to take advantage of the Level 2 Food Safety for manufacturing national qualification via SISTEM, safe in the knowledge that they are receiving high quality, nationally accredited training.“
There is a wide range of food safety courses, tailored to the UK market, available via SISTEM. Each interactive and multilingual course can be delivered to groups of up to 150 employees, and companies will have automatic, paperless and secured documentation of the results. Currently used in over 1,300 locations across the world, SISTEM increases productivity, reduces food safety incidents and lowers compliance risk.
New training modules available include the following:
