Research conducted by Deloitte has revealed growing confidence among households about their finances.

While household finances deteriorated in October, the scale of the squeeze is the least marked in two years.

Deloitte’s consumer tracker revealed that concerns about disposable income have eased by ten percentage points from 43% to 33%, while concerns about levels of debt were down by 16% to 10%.
