Cost.co.uk Responds to the Price of Renting Dropping

(PRWEB UK) 19 March 2013

Private rents in England and Wales fell slightly for the fourth consecutive month. Average rents dipped 0.1 percent to reach £731 per month, although still remaining 3.3 percent according to a LSL Property Service Survey.

Falls in rent amounts were noticed in eastern, south eastern and south western England, as well as Yorkshire and Humber. The Capital did not however see any drop – in fact prices rose in the City in the same period.
